BUTYRATE
Cellulose Acetate Butyrate (CAB) ‘Butyrate’ is an amorphous, transparent cellulosic thermoplastic with exceptional clarity and high gloss. It is chemically resistant to withstand environmental stress cracking with a high toughness that enables it to endure abuse. Butyrate tubing is often used for things like medical components, storage tubes for spare component parts, and retail packaging and mailing tubes.
