NYLON 6/6 EXTRUDED
Extruded Nylon 6/6 offers a combination of good mechanical properties and excellent bearing and wear resistance. Its fatigue resistance, noise damping ability, corrosion resistance, light weight, and machinability make extruded nylon ideal for metal replacement applications, such as bearings, gears, sheaves, and sprockets. Compared to cast Nylon 6, Nylon 6/6 has a higher melting point, better mechanical properties due to greater hardness, and lower water absorption.
